With many years of experience in the fitness, wellness, and DEI space, Radiance's business mission is to champion DEI, health, and well-being topics while amplifying underrepresented voices and servicing marginalized communities. She provides on-site and virtual well-being programs to government agencies and organizations covering well-being, fitness, mental resilience, and culturally informed holistic health talks, exercise programs, team building and stress management workshops. She is working on building a well-rounded and diverse team of professionals to support her work, and hopes to continue building a client base and improving her marketing.
